  Sharing my own recipes for aglio olio seafood pasta.  Ingredients:  2 servings of pasta (about 160-180g spaghetti) 3 tbsp good quality olive oil 40g butter, divided 10 to 12 large prawns  0 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced or chopped (not too finely) 2 chilli padi, sliced or 1/2 tsp dried chilli flakes 30g Italian flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper Directions:  1. Bring a pot of water with 1 tbsp sea salt to a boil.  Cook pasta according to the timing indicated on the packet, until al dente. Drain and set aside the pasta, reserving some of the pasta water. 2. Remove the shells and veins from the prawns. Add the prawns heads and shells to a small pot with just enough water to cover them (I use about 150ml water), bring to a simmer for about 3-5 minutes to make prawn stock. Here comes my birthday post that many of you are looking forward to. Happy Birthday To Me . I'm older one year old now.  Blog about my advance birthday celebration with my colleague's. Awesome meal treat by my manager, which is not cheap at all. $500++ in total?   Having Steamboat, which i have been craving for! ( Pardon me, i have many food in my mind that i am craving of ) I really love the soup base, tom yam and chicken stock.  It cost $20++ per person, still affordable. Quiet and comfortable place to dine in. Located at Joo Chiat road.  I took a photo of our team, VERY UGLY and blur. Approximately 20 people?  We really have lots of laughter and fun. Singing birthday song and cut cake. I love chocolates! So many chocolates and cake, love the brownie cake flavour!  I'm glad that I met these amazing peoples in my life.
