Five rules to live a happier life. (Just sharing my thoughts) Love Yourself Loving yourself is the best gift for yourself.  Listen within to your own feelings. Be compassionate with your feelings. Open to learning about what your feelings are telling you.  Do Good  Doing good means impacting whole communities for positive change. Do good not just for others but yourself.  Always forgive  Many times, the decisions we make affect and hurt your closest friends and family the most. I have a lot of regrets. But God has forgiven me, which I am very thankful for. It has enabled me to forgive myself and move forward one day at a time.  Harm No one   Sometimes we do terrible things to the ones we love just to see what harm we can cause. But always think for others, No one love to get hurt right?  Be positive  All thoughts, good and bad, are creative and tend to lead to material things...

Health is wealth Big hello to readers and friends, How are you? Been sometimes since i blog about my life. It has been a tough week for me. My health has been poor lately. Yes, you hear me right.  On 9 April I was having fever at work, 38.5. I went home during working hours. Visited the doctor and was given antibiotic for my flu.  During night time my fever went up to 39.2, I feel giddy, so uncomfortable. At the same time i thought i was going to die. (choy*) Hub send me to the hospital, in emergency department to consult the doctor. Was on dripping but my temperature did not went down. I am worried. I have heart palpitation too. Doctor advise me on admitting.  I was so worried, anxiety, sick, restless. Two hour later after my dripping, my doctor inform me ''i can go home''. Suspected dengue fever. Dengue fever patient need not hospitalized but rest at home.  I was tolf to book appointment with PC on Saturday for my dengue blood check...

It so sad to woke up with sad news  Lee Kuan Yew, 1923 – 2015 Mr Lee’s legacy is modern Singapore. For millions within and without Singapore, his name is synonymous with the modern city republic. “I have spent my life, so much of it,” he told journalists in 2011, “building up this country. There’s nothing more that I need to do. At the end of the day, what have I got? A successful Singapore. What have I given up? My life.” Regardless of our race, language, religion and political creed, Mr Lee Kuan Yew has undeniably given his entire life to build this nation we call home. A place he has brought from third-world  country to first-world nation. He will forever be our ‘'father’. May we never forget him and what he has done for us all. May god bless his soul. You will always be remembered by fellow Singaporean .
