Personal Update: Changing my stressful lifestyle

As you grow older, more stress on us.
I do admit i'm easily stressed. Is so hard to control your mind sometimes.
What should we do when we feel stressful? Here are some of my tips to share with you guys.


  1. EXERCISE


Physical exercise is any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health and wellness. It is performed for various reasons, including strengthening muscles and the cardiovascular system, and merely enjoyment. Frequent and regular physical exercise boosts the immune system and helps prevent diseases such as heart disease, cardiovascular disease.
Also prevent depression, help to promote or maintain positive self-esteem, improve mental health generally. Such as running/ jogging, badminton. 



2.                                                                              YOGA


I have recently signed up yoga courses, the course duration is about 2 month plus. Though my flexibility is bad. But,yoga will help to boost your mental and your temper
. Yoga as a disciplined method for attaining a goal. Yoga as techniques of controlling the body and the mind.


3.                                                                COMMUNICATION



Talk more, talk to people who you feel comfortable with. Joke around.
Communication is the activity of conveying information through the exchange of ideas, feelings, intentions, attitudes, expectations. Relax yourself and talk. 

4.                                              GO FOR STAY VACATION or HOLIDAYS


 I use to travel almost twice a year, i love travelling. 
Due to some reason i stop travelling. Since i won't be travelling for the moment i shall go for more stay vacation. No time to leave Singapore?  Afraid of taking plane? try these.
Well, some of you might not want due to the cost. Or some may mention Oh Singapore is a boring country, No you are wrong! Explore some hotel's in Singapore. 
You'll be surprise that you will fall in love with some of the food, the concept of room and the location. Throw a party or even buffet. Invite your friends and family along. 

5                                                             GO FOR A  MASSAGE


When i feel stress, my muscle tend to feel intense. Massage is generally considered part of complementary and alternative medicine. It's increasingly being offered along with standard treatment for a wide range of medical conditions and situations.
benefits of massage demonstrate that it is an effective treatment for reducing stress, pain and muscle tension. However, there is also risk. Such as Fractures, bleeding etc. Always choose a massage which you think you are suitable for. Tell your therapist the strength of the massage. 


 Stay STRESS-FREE.
