Happy Birthday to my Beloved Mum  Many more birthday to come!Wishing you healthy, cheerful forever. I love you. Family decide to celebrate mum birthday at Ah Yat Seafood Restaurant at turf city.  Checking out the seafood out there. I'm quite kiasu because is my first time choosing seafood for my family. *Heavy heart*  Incredibly amazing view to see such fresh and expensive seafood. Such as clam, abalone, crab etc..which cost over a bomb.  Here we go with the menu of the day. Lobster salad with mix fruits.  I have never tasted any dish so authentic and delicious. Great to go with chilli sauce. Roasted whole suckling pig.  AHHH need not introduce this because this was our family favourite dish!  The pork is tender with a crispy, sweet skin. YUM! Braised superior shark's fin in claypot. Have tried many shark's fin restaurants. This is the best for me. The soup is slightly different and outstanding. Steamed dragon tiger garoupa

Beautiful sunset to sum up my bad week. Went for a walk with hub,  Back to  ORTO again, favourite place. There's also flea market here!  I SPOTTED ICE CREAM ROLL!! ARGH!! Dine in Taste garden  Managed by Rasa-Rasa Group, is a Halal certified restaurant that serves French, Western & Local cuisine. Indulge in a wide variety of food which includes chef favourites such as Miso Butter Chicken Roulade, Confit de Canard (Duck Leg Confit), T-bone Steak. One of my favorite quick meal is fried rice and of all the different versions, one of my favorites would be the good old fashion Sambal fried rice (With prawn and chicken)  Terriyaki salmon with mash potatoes and vegetables. I have to say the salmon is good but the mash potatoes....... don't really like it. Overall still good.  Love the simplicity and amazing taste of this salad, love the smoked duck in it.  Home made ice lemon tea to go with.  More at ORTO >&
