5 Rules to live a happier life

Five rules to live a happier life.
(Just sharing my thoughts)

  • Love Yourself

Loving yourself is the best gift for yourself. 
Listen within to your own feelings.
Be compassionate with your feelings.
Open to learning about what your feelings are telling you. 

  • Do Good

 Doing good means impacting whole communities for positive change. Do good not just for others but yourself. 

  • Always forgive 


Many times, the decisions we make affect and hurt your closest friends and family the most. I have a lot of regrets. But God has forgiven me, which I am very thankful for. It has enabled me to forgive myself and move forward one day at a time. 

  • Harm No one 


Sometimes we do terrible things to the ones we love just to see what harm we can cause.
But always think for others, No one love to get hurt right? 

  • Be positive 

All thoughts, good and bad, are creative and tend to lead to material things.
 That is why we must learn to be more positive. Our environment and all our experiences in life are a result of habitual and predominant thoughts.
Negative thoughts can tell us about something that needs attention. So, thoughts can lead to discovering what needs to be done, one can think positively, or negatively to take care of it.
 Smiling is a reward.The only thing we risk when smiling is giving ourselves a little more happiness.
I have been reminding myself being positive, it may be hard, but we gonna keep on trying. 

Life is beautiful when you are granted with a good career, beautiful family with wonderful parents and siblings around, a good health and travelling around the world. 

What else can you asked for?
